Hello,
I am James Saylor. I have been a professional entertainer/magic consultant for more than 18 years, my specialty being close-up comedy magic, giving audiences a variety of shows to enjoy which include magic (stage, strolling, close-up, mentalism and escapes), music, (both banjo and harmonica) clowning, balloon sculpting, comedy and much more; most recently as cowboy magician "Wichita Jim" of "Wichita's Magic Chuckwagon", and I believe that given the opportunity I could be an asset to you.
I am a past-member of S.A.M. (Society of American Magicians), a life-time member of I.M.S. (International Magicians Society) and the National Thespian Society. I also belong to SPAH (Society for the Preservation and Advancement of the Harmonica).

Nov. 2008 Fort McDowell, AZ. Performed close-up strolling magic at La Puesta del Sol for Destination Transportation Co.
Oct. 2008 Mesa, AZ. Performed Halloween magic show for the residents of the Citadel Retirement Center.
August 2008 Mesa, AZ. Performed strolling magic as cowboy magician "Wichita Jim" for Arizona School of Health Sciences.
March 2006, 2007, and 2008 Phoenix, AZ. Performed strolling and stage magic as cowboy magician "Wichita Jim" for Buck Taylor "Gunsmoke", "The Mist"; Ruth Buzzi "Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In"; June Lockhart "Lassie", "Lost In Space"; Jim 'Duke' Easterbrook "Tombstone", etc. at the National Festival of the West. Also performed in several gunfights with "The Mojave Muleskinners" and "The Southwest Legend Gunfighters".
May 2007 Jake’s Corner, AZ. Cowboy bar patron in Jeff Santo’s movie “Jake’s Corner” starring Richard Tyson, Diane Ladd, and B.J. Thomas.
May 2007 Apache Junction, AZ. Extra- “Vacuuming the Cat” (feature film), a G2 / Wild Horse Production starring Ron Pearlman and Barbara Hershey.
May 2007 Mesa, AZ. Prison camp inmate - Victory Angel Films, Dir. Brian Skiba “Out Of Reach”
Oct. 2006 Casa Grande, AZ. Performed magic as “Wichita Jim” at the 1st Annual Louis and The Duke Classic John Wayne Cancer Foundation Fundraiser.
1990 - 2006 Throughout IL., NE., and AZ. Magic shows for a variety of organizations such as the Boy Scouts, City of Dekalb Public Works, Dekalb County Corn Festivals, the MOOSE Lodge, etc., which included stage illusions, comedy magic, mentalism, and as a finale Houdini’s Upside-down Straight Jacket Escape. Also, several appearances at The Comedy Womb in Lyons, IL. and The Quark Comedy Club in Rockford, IL.
